Can you put a price on exclusivity? If you can, Colorado’s own Yeti Cycles isn’t sharing the six-figure total of the hit this beauty is going to make to your, actually, titanium credit card. That is, your credit card assuming you are also a card-carrying member of the American Dental Association (ADA).
The limited run of 32 Dentist-Only SB-150 bikes, in the ‘Extreme Gingivitus’ colourway shown here, are shipping as a package that includes a complete bike, Yeti & Oral-B co-branded electric toothbrush, and a small grab bag with a travel-sized toothpaste, floss, and a plastic Slinky.
Don’t let the Fox Factory DPX2 rear shock fool you, this package goes #FullDentist. The DPX2 is just a place holder and back-up shock while your custom-tuned PUSH Industries ElevenSix coil shock is being assembled. The PUSH shocks will be individually serialized to match the frame serial numbers which will run from Mandibular-Right-Third-Molar to Maxillary-Left-Central-Incisor. PUSH will also provide their brand-new ACS4 Coil Spring system – with two tuneable air chambers – and custom valving for the Fox Factory 38 fork that’s being delivered upfront.
Industry Nine is set to provide anodized-turquoise Hydra hubs and aluminum spokes laced to their carbon rims – manufactured by WeAreOne in BC, Canada. The North Carolina company also steps up with a colour matched turquoise A35 stem, and – yet to be announced – seat collar. They’ll also be anodizing the EndlessBikeCo direct mount chainrings that will come mounted to titanium CaneCreek eeWings cranks, custom etched with the Yeti logo. The bike will roll on a limited production pair of Schwalbe tires with a Dancing Dentist rear and Hucking Hygienist front both in the Addix Soft compound.
Shifting and dropper post duties will be handled by SRAM’s XX1 Eagle AXS Wireless electric suite with braking covered by Magura MT-7 Pro brakes with turquoise caliper pucks, carbon levers, and custom master cylinder covers featuring the ADA logo. The colour-matched Chris King headset and a carbon ENVE bar & stem complete the cockpit, which should come as no surprise.
